A High Court of the Federal Capital Territory sitting in Abuja on Friday, nullified the local government congress conducted by governor Abdullahji Ganduje’s faction of the All Progressive Congress (APC).
Solacebase reports that presiding Justice Hamza Muazu, upheld the local government congress of Senator Ibrahim Shekarau’s faction.
The court on November 30th had declared Ganduje faction’s ward congresses illegal.
