Russian air defence forces destroyed six Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles and shot down six HIMARS rockets, three HARM anti-radar missiles and a Tochka-U ballistic missile in the past day in their special military operation in Ukraine, Defense Ministry Spokesman Lieutenant-General Igor Konashenkov reported on Monday.

“Air defense capabilities destroyed six unmanned aerial vehicles in the areas of the settlements of Nikolayevka in the Lugansk People’s Republic, Petrovskoye, Valeryanovka and Kodema in the Donetsk People’s Republic, Chervony Yar and Mylovoye in the Kherson Region,” the spokesman said.

“They also shot down six rockets of the HIMARS multiple launch rocket system in the areas of the communities of Kazatskoye, Otradokamenka, Chervonoye Podolye and Novaya Kakhovka in the Kherson Region and also three HARM anti-radar missiles near the settlement of Antonovka in the Kherson Region,” the general added.

“In addition, a Tochka-U ballistic missile was shot down over the settlement of Vysokoye in the Kherson Region,” Konashenkov reported.

In all, the Russian Armed Forces have destroyed 318 Ukrainian combat aircraft, 159 helicopters, 2,188 unmanned aerial vehicles, 379 surface-to-air missile systems, 5,604 tanks and other combat armored vehicles, 866 multiple rocket launchers, 3,462 field artillery guns and mortars and 6,463 special military motor vehicles since the beginning of their special military operation in Ukraine, Konashenkov reported.
