Digntaries from across the diplomatic corps, Nigeria’s Yoruba traditional and business communities witnessed the all-important event where the presence of former First Lady of Lagos State, Lady Doja Otedola, who is also mother of renowned billionaire, Femi Otedola, was conspicously noticed.

According to our royalty source, “The event is aimed at sealing the Partnership and the proposed progressive plan between Ilara Kingdom, Epe Division, Lagos State, Nigeria and the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.

“It was also noted that the two countries “Federal Republic of Nigeria and the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago” have a lot of things in common.”

In his acceptance speech, the honour recipient and High-Commissioner, summarised the duties of his chieftaincy position and appreciated “His Royal Majesty Oba Olufolarin Olukayode Ogunsanwo Telade IV, the Alara of Ilara Kingdom”, and the entire people of the Kingdom for what he described as great honour.
