President Muhammadu Buhari “heartily” felicitates with Governor Willie Obiano of Anambra State on his recent honour as Knight Commander in the Order of St. Gregory the Great by Pope Francis.
The presidential congratulatory message was contained in statement by Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Mr. Femi Adesina, copy of which was sent to The DEFENDER on Wednesday.
“The President trusts that the award which is given to those who, by their service, have shown extraordinary love for Jesus Christ and His Church, will inspire Governor Obiano to remain steadfast and absolutely dedicated to the well-being of the people.
“As a public office holder who is also passionate about his faith, President Buhari extends his best wishes to Governor Obiano as he assumes another responsibility of service to God and humanity,” Adesina said.
