On Wednesday July 5, 2023, the Vice President of Nigeria, Senator Kashim Shettima, received in audience the Emir of Hadeija and Chairman of the Hadeija Emirate Council, His Royal Highness Alhaji Adamu Abubakar Maje, and members of his delegation in the Aso Rock President Villa, Abuja.
“Today, I received a delegation of the Hadeija Emirate Council led by the Emir of Hadeija and Chairman of Jigawa State Traditional Council, who paid me a courtesy visit at the Presidential Villa, Abuja,” Shettima said in a post he personally sent on his verified Facebook social media page same day.
