On the Sallah day on Sunday June 16, 2024 that was Dhul-Hijjah 10, 1445 AH, the Sultan of Sokoto, His Eminence Alhaji Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar, prayed at the Central Eid Ground, Sokoto, for the celebration of Eid-el-Adha celebration. With him were the Deputy Governor, His Excellency Alhaji Idris Abubakar Gobir, former Deputy Governor, Alhaji Manir Muhammad Dan’Iya, Walin Sokoto and Sardaunan Kware,Wazirin Sokoto, His Royal Highness Prof. Sambo Wali Junaidu, Magajin Rafin Sokoto, His Royal Highness Alhaji Rilwanu Bello ESQ, Galadiman Gerin Sokoto, His Royal Highness Alhaji Aliyu Atahiru Galadanci, among several other Muslim dignitaries.
