OLUBADAN: All is set for arrival of Sultan of Sokoto in Oyo State today

All is set for the arrival of Sultan of Sokoto, His Eminence Alhaji Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar, CFR, mni, who is on two-day official visit to Oyo State beginning from Thursday July 11, 2024, forvtge coronation and Presentation of Staff of Office to the new Olubadan of Ibadan Land, Oba Owolabi Olakunlehin, on Friday July 12, 2024.

The Deputy Governor of Oyo State, Barrister Ibrahim Adrbayo Lawal, assisted by Executive Secretary, Muslim Ummah of South West Nigeria (MUSWEN), Professor Muslih Tayo Yahya, Secrtary of Oyo State Muslim Community, Alhaji Mursiq Siyanbade, and representatives of the state branch of National Council of Muslim Youth Organisations (NACOMYO) and B-Zone of the Muslim Students Society of Nigeria (MSSN), is already on ground ahead of time to receive the Khalifatu Shehu Usman Dan Fodio, to the Pace Setter State.
