Northern Nigeria’s Monarch, who made Atiku Wazirin Adamawa, says Buhari deserves support to move nation to NEXT LEVEL

“Mr President, there is no doubt that much has been achieved during your present tenure but certainly you need more time to actualize your dream for a better Nigeria. This, therefore, calls for all and sundry to rally round you and allow you to get to the next level to enable you consolidate the various laudable programs of your party.”

The Lamido Adamawa, monarch of and who made Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, Wazirin Adamawa, Alhaji Muhammadu Barkindo Aliyu Mustapha, has declared that President Muhammadu Buhari deserves to stay beyond four years in office.

According to the royal father, Buhari needed more time to consolidate on the achievements of his first term and urged Nigerians to rally round him to succeed not only in winning the Saturday February 16, 2019 presidential election but also in moving Nigeria to the Next Level as a nation and a people.

Adamawa is the country home of PDP’s presidential candidate.

Speaking on Thursday when Buhari paid a courtesy visit to his palace in Yola, the monarch lauded Buhari for his giant strides and inroads he recorded in various fields, such as economy, security, and fight against corruption

Mr. Femi Adesina, the Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, quoted the Lamido as saying, “I would like to use this opportunity on behalf of my humble self, members of my Council and the entire people of Adamawa to acknowledge with immeasurable thanks and congratulate you on keeping faith with the contract you entered with our people and, indeed, Nigerians.

“The giant strides and inroads you recorded in various fields of our endeavours such as economy, security, and fight against corruption, which still remain the cornerstone of your agenda, would not have been made possible if not for your resilient focus, passion, and love for the country.

“Mr President, there is no doubt that much has been achieved during your present tenure but certainly you need more time to actualize your dream for a better Nigeria. This, therefore, calls for all and sundry to rally round you and allow you to get to the next level to enable you consolidate the various laudable programs of your party.”
