Service delivery is core and central to the heart of any organisation or institution that delivers service to members of the public, as it is the yardstick to measure the performance of the organisation. It is the quality of service and customer care you show that will speak for your organisation.

In ensuring that customer care and service delivery are done properly, one has to understand that the commitment, determination, attitude and discipline of officers charged with the respective responsibility must be upright. It is in this regard that l believe the setting up of this Committee is apt and right.

My Committee and l will not fail in our duties. I have no doubt in my mind that, the officers that have been charged with this duty alongside me given their pedigree, capacity and capability, will be able to deliver results and turn things around.”
