The decision of Kwara State High Court that nullifying the All Progressives Congress state chairmanship of Alhaji Bashiru Bolarinwa does not in any way affect Alhaji Abdulrazaq Abdulraham as the party governorship candidate for 2019 election in the state.

These were the words of Kwara for Abdulrahman 2019 Group, driven from Ontario, Canada capital, contained in a message sent to The DEFENDER by its leader, Mr. Waheed Seriki, on Wednesday.

“The issue in connection between Bashiru Bolarinwa and Balogun Fulani at the court was not about the APC gubernatorial primary election conducted in the state but that of the constitution and dissolution of state executive of All Progressive Congress (APC) in Kwara State, which has nothing to do with the primary election of Abdulrahaman Abdulrazaq as a APC governorship candidate.

“Nigeria 2015 electoral act stipulated that only the national body of the party recognised by law to conduct the primary election for their candidates and APC primary governorship and other elections in Kwara state in which Abdulrahman emerged as the party flag bearer was conducted by the national body of APC not Basiru Bolarinwa’s APC lead executive in the State.

“Alhaji Abdulrahman and other candidates that emerged as the winners of APC party primaries obtained there election form from the national body of APC, and the election was conducted by the APC national working committee.

“The issues between Alhaji Bolarinwa and Fulani Balogun will still have to go to appeal court because Kwara State APC and APC national body are going to appeal today’s judgement by the Ilorin High Court.

“The people of Kwara state needs not to be panicked of the planted Saraki’s boys in APC because the truth will eventually prevail and Kwara State will regain the mandate given to APC in 2015 election, that was transferred to PDP by people suffering from Power Hungry Disorder (PHD) lead by Bukola Saraki.

“The people of Kwara State should not feel threatened by today’s court decision against Alhaji Bashiru Bolarinwa, the truth will prevail in Appeal Court and Bolarinwa will regain is position as the APC party Chairman in Kwara State.

“Kwaraians Otoge slogans will soon be materialized and the Harmony State will be free from Bukola Saraki’s bondage and Modern Slavery.”
