Governor of Kano State, Mallam Abba Kabir Yusuf, has announced his first appointments as the new sheriff in town.
This is contained in a statement by the spokesperson, Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa made available to newsmen on Tuesday.
Those appointed are Shehu Wada Sagagi, Chief of Staff; Abdullahi Baffa Bichi, Secretary to the State Government; Farouq Kurawa, Principal Private Secretary; Abdullahi Ibrahim Rogo, Chief Protocol and Sanusi Bature Dawakin Tofa, who has since assumed office as Chief Press Secretary to the governor.
Dawakin Tofa said the appointments take effect from Monday 29th May, 2023.
