*Thanks President Buhari for considering Ondo figures fit for honours

The Iralepo of Isinkan Kingdom, in Akure South Local Government Area of Ondo State, Oba Oluwagbemiga Ajimokunola Ojo Olofin-Adimula, Arulewolasi III, has congratulated the Ondo State Governor, Mr. Oluwarotimi Akeredolu (SAN), who will be conferred with the national honour of Commander of the Order of the Niger (CON) by President Muhammadu Buhari, today, Tuesday October 11, 2022, in Abuja.
Also congratulated by the Isinkan monarch in a statement sent to The DEFENDER Tuesday morning is the Deji of Akure Kingdom, Oba Aladetoyinbo Aladelusi, who will be conferred with the award of Commander of the Federal Republic (CFR), while the Olowa of Igbara-Oke, Oba Adefarakanmi Agbede, two business moguls, Chief Rotimi Ibidapo and Chief Akin Aruwajoye will be respectively awarded the honour of Officer of the Order of the Niger (OON) by the President.
The royal father extended his felicitation in a letter he personally signed and titled, “Congratulations – 2022 National Honour Award”.
The letter read, “I received, with delight, the news of your conferment with national honours by the Federal Government of Nigeria under the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari.
“Please permit me, on behalf of my self, my family, and the entire people of Isinkan Kingdom to felicitate most heartily with you all on yet another token of recognition for the great worthy work you are doing in the service of our dear Ondo State, Nigeria, and humanity at large.
“The Honours are the result of your hard work and efforts.
“Award is not for those who only enjoy their dreams in sleeping, but for those who cannot sleep to fulfill their dreams.
“I congratulate you all on your success and I wish you all the best as the sky is just the beginning.”
The Iralepo also appreciated President, saying “I also sincerely thank President Buhari for the honour done on our revered sons in Ondo State”.
