Zamfara state governor, Dauda Lawal has inaugurated a seven-man revenue recovery tribunal .
Speaking during the inauguration ceremony, governor Dauda charged members of the tribunal to discharge their responsibility deligently with absolute care and fear of God.
He said members of the committee were carefully selected among their peers, so they must not disappoint the people of the state in the discharge of their duties.
He called on them to make sure they collect every collectable revenue that is due for the state so as to ensure sustainable and concrete development for the overall interest of the state.
Governor Dauda reassured the tribunal that the state government would give them all the necessary support and cooperation for them to succeed in the task ahead them.
In her acceptance remarks, the chairperson of the tribunal Barrister Rabi Rabiu pledged to work diligently to enable the tribunal discharge its responsibility successfully. She called on all Zamfara state people to cooperate with the tribunal for the interest of Zamfara state.
The orth of office was administered by the chief justice of Zamfara state Hajia Kulu Aliyu.
