Faruk Adejoh-Audu, Spokesman Muritala Ajaka Campaign Council ahead 2023 Governorship Election in Kogi State, has raised the alarm over what he calls frustrating Raleigh of terror in the state.

He said people are carrying guns and are threatening to attack and suppress opposition members but wirried that security agencies, despite knowing the non-stateactors, have taken no action.

Adejoh-Audu, who was guest on AIT KAKAAKI interview programme monitored in Keffi, Nasarawa State, disclosed that the effort to unleash terror in Kogi State was Governor Yahaya Bello’s doing so as to impose his cousin as next governor of tge state.

According to him, “Governor Bello does not pretend about it” and that he said has been his way.

He said that Governor Bello moves around in convoy with his weapons carrying thugs even to the detriment of constitutional security agents who, according to the Social Democratic Party (SDP)’s candidate spokesman, reigned terror at a military checkpoint in the state at a time.

He said the only way to ensure election security before, during and after the coming governorship election in Kogi State is by deployment of military.

“Even with the deployment of military, there will be violence in Kogi State,” he said saying frustrating things are happening by the violence perpetrated by Governor Yahaya Bello.
