Iconic media practitioner and Spokesman of Emir of Ilorin and Chairman Kwara State Council of Chiefs, Mallam Abdulazeez Arowona, while celebrating Prince Bashir Adefaka, publisher of The DEFENDER Newspaper on his 50th birthday anniversary on Saturday, said his attainment of the golden age of 50 convinced him that the Prince of Isolo has a bright future.

In his statement titled “Goodwill Message to a dear friend and brother”, Arowona, who is also the Shettima of Okuta Emirate in Kwara State, described Adefaka as a committed and patriotic Nigeria with vigour that pushes, always, in favour of patriotism.

“I write to congratulate my brother, friend and professional colleague, Prince Bashir Adefaka, on his 50th birthday celebration.

“As he attains the golden age of 50, I have the strong conviction that his future is very bright in the journalism and public relations profession.

“Adefaka is a committed and patriotic Nigerian who always put national interest above sentiment and frivolity in his publications in the face of the numerous challenges facing the nation.

“I salute him today and always for his doggedness and consistency in your work aimed at bringing nothing but the truth to the knowledge of his readers.

“I wish you happy prosperous birthday celebrations, may all his dreams come true in the meritorious service to the nation and humanity at large.

“Continue to age graceful our Dear Prince!” Arowona said.
