The Convener-General Council of Traditional Leaders of Africa and Secretary General, Yoruba Council of Obas, Oba Arc Adedapo Aderemi, who is the Alayemore Obalufon of Ido Osun Kingdom, Osun State, has felicitated with the Osolo of Isolo, Oba Edward Kolawole Adejoyegbe Adewole, Osalade II, on his official recognition and presentation of Instrument of Appointment and Staff of Office by the Ondo State Government.

Oba Aderemi, who is also Secretary Board of Trustees, National Council of Traditional Rulers of Nigeria (NCTRN), noted that the Osolo’s stool received this recognition from the state government because the stool truly merited it.

He stated this while also appreciating the state Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu (SAN), for coming through for finally helping the people of Isolo town in Akure South Local Government of the state solve their age-long problem of traditionally induced slavery.

Oba Alayemore Obalufon seized the opportunity afforded him by his goodwill message to welcome Oba Edward Adewole to the amiable realm of royal fathers in Yoruba Land and by extension the Council of Traditional Leaders of Africa.

He prayed that the reign of Oba Adewole shall be peaceful, long and prosperous, according to a statement credited to Taiwo Owoeye.
