Congratulations to one of us, AIG Hadejia greets Yusuf Ali SAN over OAU Excellence Award

To use the word “deserving” will be an understatement in describing the worth of 2024 Academic and Research Excellence Award being conferred on one of us, a Life Member of The DEFENDER Newspaper Advisory Board, Professor Yusuf Ali (SAN) by Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Osun State today, says President of the Board, AIG Mu’azu Idris Hadejia (Rtd).
According to Hadejia, an engineer and former Assistant Inspector General of Police in charge of Nigerian Police Works Department, Yusuf Ali (SAN) can best be described as an embodiment of achievement and “We are all together on the Advisory Board of the Nigeria-based globalised multi-lingual newspaper delighted to identify with his achievements and successes”.
The Retired AIG wrote on behalf of the entire members of the Board namely himself as President (North West), Major General Tajudeen Olanrewaju (Rtd), former Minister of Communications and General Officer Commanding (GOC), 3 Division Nigerian Army (South West), Prof. Yusuf Ali SAN (South West), Retired AIG Mohammed Mustafa (North East), Mallam Yakubu Ibn Muhammad (North East), Alhaji Ibrahim Abdullahi (North Central) and Prince Nashir Adefaka, CEO/Editor-in-Chief (South West).
