To contest for presidential ticket of the All Progressives Congress (APC), each aspirant will have to cough out N100 million.

This was announced after the 11th National Executive Council meeting of  the APC in Abuja, on Wednesday, as the party declared that sales of its nomination and expression of interest forms for various electoral offices begin on Saturday, April 23, 2022.

Making this known was the APC’s National Publicity Secretary, Mr. Felix Morka, who said the party had pegged its presidential nomination and expression of interest forms at said amount.

Breaking down the amount, the nomination form would go for N70 million while expression of interest forms would go for N30 million.

Opposing an earlier announcement by the party’s national women leader, Betta Edu, that the women will get free forms, Morka said women are entitled to free nomination forms but will pay for their expression of interest forms.
