The Belarusian President once again debunked the information spreading on social media that the republic carries out a hidden mobilization

Belarus does not plan to go to war with anyone, the country does not need war, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said during an inspection of military-industrial products in the Brest Region.

“We are not going to go anywhere today. No war as of now. We don’t need it,” Lukashenko said, according to BelTA.

The Belarusian President once again debunked the information spreading on social media that the republic carries out a hidden mobilization, suggesting not to pay attention to “this wailing.”

“We have to calm down. We must all do our own business if we want to have no war,” Lukashenko called.

Earlier, the Belarusian President repeatedly stated that there is no need for mobilization in Belarus right now. Meanwhile, the Defense Ministry said that it can engage a reserve of 500,000 trained fighters, if necessary. The Ministry noted that volunteers comprise about 60% of the Belarusian Army personnel.
