The National Executive Committee (NEC) of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has confirmed former Governor of Kano State, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, as the National Chairman of the party.
Senator Basiru Ajibola was also made the National Secretary of the APC.
Recall that the ruling party had convened a caucus meeting as well as the meeting of the National Executive Committee (NEC).
The 12th meeting was attended by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and chieftains of the party.
NEC made the decision at the meeting underway in Abuja on Thursday.
