Fatimah Aderohunmu to launch ‘Beyond My Trials: My journey with Muscular Dystrophy’

Fatimah Aderohunmu will officially launch her first book ‘Behind my Trials: My Journey with Muscular Dystrophy’, on Sunday.
The event will take place at Lagos State Secretariat Central Mosque, multipurpose hall, Alausa, Ikeja.
Ms. Fatimah made this known on her social media platforms.
According to the author, the book is based on true events that took place in her life.
She shared her experience as a Muscular Dystrophy survivor, a rare genetic disorder she has continued to endure since she was little.
“Beyond my Trials is a book that gives hope, determination and perseverance to everyone that reads it.”
The author penned down what trials feels like and also encourage people to keep their heads high in any situation they find themselves in.
She also gave hope to everyone going through tough time, that they can always achieve the success they wished for.
The 24 years old author expressed hope that government and members of the society will think of people with disability when they make plans for the nation.
