The National Youth Leader of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Hon. Dayo Israel, has continued his tour of North East with the current stopover in Maiduguri, Borno State capital.
Hon Israel, who had earlier visited the flood ravaged Yobe communities, was Wednesday accompanied on the Borno trip by son of Governor of Kaduna State, Bashir Ahmad el-Rufai among other stakeholders.
The loudly applauded youth leader, after meeting with members in the state, wrote: “I can confidently say ASIWAJU will take Yobe State. I was there for 3 days and interacted with the grassroot. Thank God for safe journey as I have been moving by road from Bauchi to Yobe and now to Borno.
“On arrival in Borno, I addressed a gathering of Young Progressives at the Borno State Government House in Maiduguri. Borno State is so developed and without a doubt Governor Zulum is working.
“I encouraged them to intensify Mobilisation for the APC in the coming election and must deliver Borno 100%,” he said.
