69 countries confirm participation in SPIEF — Governor
The number of countries confirming participation in the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) 2022 reached 69 and applications continue coming, Governor of St. Petersburg Alexander Beglov said during the annual report to the legislative assembly.
“I would like to inform: 69 countries confirmed participation in the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum in this June. Applications continue coming as well. The economic forum will take place,” Beglov said.
The 25th St. Petersburg International Economic Forum will be held on June 15-18, 2022.
The DEFENDER reports that although names of the 69 countries were not listed in the report report by the governor, Kremlin had last week indicated Russian President Vladimir Putin’s have face-to-face meeting with the Governor of St. Petersburg, Alexander Beglov, during the all-important Summit meaning Moscow is among the the countries being announced to attend.
