Police rescues girls who were employed for sex slavery in Delta hotel

The Divisional Police Headquarters, Ughelli South, Otu-Jeremi in Delta State, has picked up some girls said to have been employed for sex slavery operating in a Delta hotel.
The police division received information they the information said they worked in Fagoma Hotel located at Aragba in Otokutu area of Ughelli South Local Government, Delta State where underage children are trafficked and used as sex slaves.
The division under Delta State Police Command, upon receiving this disturbing information, raided the brothel and rescued underage namely: 1.Happiness Johnson ‘female’ age 13 years, 2.Esther Godspower ‘female’ age 21years, 3.Angel John ‘female’ age 22 years, 4.Miracle Bishop ‘female’ age 19 years and 5.Happiness Isreal ‘female’ 19 years.
Investigations revealed that one Joy ‘female’, surname unknown now at large, trafficked the underage girls from Rivers State took them to Patani where they were forced into taking an oath before they were brought to Otu-Jeremi.
According to the investigation, they were thereafter harboured by one Edwin Etareri, who is owner of the said brothel, and his wife, Mrs Grace Etariri, currently in custody.
Ten other male suspects and ten female suspected prostitutes were also arrested during the raid. Investigation is ongoing.
