Adedoyin, others have case to answer over Adegoke’s murder, Osogbo court rules

Dr. Rahmon Adedoyin, owner of Hilton Hotel and six workers have a case to answer over the death of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, post-graduate student, Timothy Adegoke, an Osun State High Court, Osogbo has ruled.

The court, presided by Justice Oyebola Ojo, made the ruling on Tuesday at proceeding.

A media report said defendants’ counsel led by Yusuf Alli, SAN told the court at the last sitting that the defendants do not have a case to answer because the prosecution failed to establish any case against them, which the prosecutor, M O Omosun opposed.

At the sitting on Wednesday, Justice Ojo said a prima facie case was established against all the defendants.
