American with background linked to training ISIS exposed as allegedly inciting religious conflicts in Nigeria

“Nigeria belongs to Nigerians. No foreign agent should be allowed to walk into this country and set it on fire,” he stated.

An American national, Alex Barbir (also known as Eyal Yakoby), has been exposed as a member of the notorious US private military contractor Blackwater/Academi, with a background linked to training ISIS fighters in Syria and involvement in conflict zones across the Gulf region and the Sahel.

According to peace advocate Mustapha Gembu, Barbir entered Nigeria under the guise of providing humanitarian assistance to IDPs in Benue and Plateau states but has since been inciting Christians against Muslims and promoting anti-Fulani narratives. He was reportedly seen with Plateau-based warmonger Ezekiel Dachomo.

Gembu warned that just hours after Barbir incited Christians in Jos, violence erupted in the Rukuba area, resulting in the deaths of over 14 people. He questioned Barbir’s true motives, noting his unusual appearance and behaviour, and cautioned that such foreign agents aim to ignite religious war in Nigeria before disappearing, leaving Nigerians to fight among themselves.

Gembu called on the Nigerian government to immediately investigate Barbir and his local associates, arrest and prosecute him if found culpable, or deport him permanently to prevent further destabilisation.

“Nigeria belongs to Nigerians. No foreign agent should be allowed to walk into this country and set it on fire,” he stated.

The revelation has sparked fresh concerns about foreign interference in Nigeria’s internal security and religious harmony. Security agencies are yet to comment on the matter.

It will be recalled that Sheikh Dr. Ahmed Gummi reported raised an alarm over this same fellow he described as a CIA agent causing religious killings in Nigeria, asking that the Tinubu-led All Progressives Congress (APC)’s Federal Government should investigate him with a view to arrest and prosecuting him.

This was according to a Facebook page named “This is Benue”.

Referencing Gummi, the post with subject, “The CIA Agent Who Is Causing Religious Provocation In Plateau State Must Be Investigated”-Sheikh Gumi Cries Out….”, said:

“Sheikh Gumi has raised a serious alarm, calling for a thorough investigation into a “self-proclaimed U.S. missionary”, who he süspect is a covert CIA operative fueling division among Muslims and Christians in Plateau State.

“According to him, this individual is not preaching peace but causing tension between Christians and Muslims in an already fragile region and should be thoroughly investigated.”

At the comment section, one King Jamal reacted to the alarm credited to Dr. Gummi saying, “If anybody needs thorough investigation concerning security affairs,it should be you Gumi.”

He was not let go as a reply to his “provoking” comment was handed to him and others on the platform.

This was as a fellow interlocutor, obviously provoked, said, “King Jamaal You are a fool. Have you tried to look into what he is saying before your stupid sentiment carried you away? This American is a CIA agent. This is what Iran refused to accept for America that they call it terrorist state. Keep supporting evil in your own country and think you will ever have peace.”

In “This is Benue”, a platform ostensibly orchestrated to gather like minds seeing the Nigerian situation in the lens of the alleged CIA agent, another contributor, Andy Steve Izevbizua, “They are all against anyone who exposed their atrocities to the world so I am not surprised. Why is it that none of you are protesting against these killings or even speaking up against it but could found your voices now to attack the young man God is using to expose your genocidal missions.”

Other Nigerians who read Izevbizua’s reaction have expressed disappointment that the sane people who have until currently publicly danced, jubilated and praised Israel and United States of America for their genocide against innocent people especially unarmed men, women and children in Gaza, State of Palestine, their hypocritical invasion of Nigeria in the name of unfounded reason of Christian genocide leading to bombing of Sokoto and forcing the Nigerian government to establish a $5.1 billion hospitals project to treat Christians only and, lately, their unjustified terrorist attacks on the sovereign state of the Islamic Republic of Iran, saying thesevsane people now have the gut to blame Islamic leaders in the country, who are only saying the obvious, for terrorist killings of which Muslims are also largely involved.

One of the respondent said, “Andy Steve Izevbizua and his co-travellers can no longer surprise us. If you have seen the evils America and Israel are perpetrating pushing the entire human race through hardship simply because America wants to rule the whole world, which Iran, Russia, China and Pakistan even Spain are saying is impossible, if you know see some so called guys disguising to be working Christ in Nigeria, jubilatung and praising these two “troublesome” conflict brewing countries thinking they are Christian countries, then you should only pray for Nigeria to have a better and decisive government with effect from 2027 so their anti-democratic, anti-Christ and anti-Nigeria activities will be out to permanent stop.

“I mean, how can anyone with his right senses say that devilish American CIA agent inciting religious war inside our own country is exposing atrocities of the Muslims who are the major victims of these insecurity they cause? To say the Muslims are not protesting against these killings or even speaking up against any of such only to now find their voices to attack who the so-called Christians call the young man God is the worst thing to happen to Christendom in Nigeria.

“We only take our consolation from recent report of NIGERIA FIRST that out Primate Elijah Babatunde Ayodele, Pastor Kumuyi and Bishop Seun Adeoye as the most religious tolerant Christian leaders in Nigeria meaning that since we still have Christian leaders who think straight to work sincerely with Muslim leadership, then, with a better government on seat, Nigeria will soon be free from all these evil pretenders hiding behind religion to help America collapse Nigeria.”
