Analyst reminds US, Israel of acclaimed 90% destruction of Iran’s military capabilities

*Questions effectiveness of Israeli missile defenses amid intensifying strikes

She argued that, rather than diminishing, Iranian retaliatory missile strikes over Israel have increased in frequency and intensity over the past week.

Politician and international affairs analyst Lim Tean has raised doubts about the reported degradation of Iran’s missile capabilities, as attacks against Israel appear to intensify.
In a statement, Lim questioned earlier claims by the United States and Israel that a significant portion of Iran’s missile launch capacity had been destroyed.

Her concerns followed a report of 267 Israeli soldiers killed in an overnight Iranian missile strikes carried out to the Israel’s aggression.

She argued that, rather than diminishing, Iranian retaliatory missile strikes over Israel have increased in frequency and intensity over the past week.

Lim also criticized Israel’s missile defense systems, including the Iron Dome, as well as U.S.-supplied systems such as Patriot missile system and THAAD, describing them as ineffective against newer threats.

She claimed that advanced hypersonic missiles pose significant challenges to existing defense technologies.

Lim Tean further referenced Iran’s Sejjil missile, which he described as capable of changing course mid-flight, making interception difficult.

Lim also alleged that recent strikes targeted locations including Dimona—widely reported as the site of Israel’s nuclear facilities—and Arad, with reports of casualties and injuries.

The claims could not be independently verified, and no official response from Israeli authorities was immediately available.

In her words, “”I Thought The Americans And Israelis Told Us They Had Destroyed 90% Of Iran’s Missile Launch Capabilities?

“Far from slowing down, Iranian missiles have rained down on Israel with greater intensity the past week. And now Israel is virtually naked because it has almost run out of interceptor missiles. The so-called Iron Dome has been the biggest flop of this war together with the American Patriot and Thaad air-defense systems. There is no defence against the modern hypersonic missiles. Iran even has a “dancing” missile called the Sejjil, which can change course repeatedly during flight, which makes it almost impossible or incredibly difficult to shoot down.

“Besides this stunning attack below which wiped out 267 Israeli military personnel in one strike, Iranian missiles also stuck at Dimona (where Israel reportedly has its nuclear facilities) and Arad, injuring more than 100 people,” she said.
