2019: Festus Keyamo congratulates PMB group for purchasing nomination form for Buhari

The Director of Information, Buhari Campaign Organisation (BCO), Mr. Festus Keyamo (SAN), has reacted to the group, which beat others to the rush to purchase the nomination form for President Muhammadu Buhari (PMB) on Wednesday.

The DEFENDER had reported on Wednesday that the Nigerian Consolidation Ambassadors Network (NCAN) had picked the Expression of Interest and Nomination Form at the cost of N45 million on behalf of President Buhari, to enable him re-contest and continue his ongoing national reforms projects.

This is as some other groups were said to hastened to be the ones to purchase the form only for them to see NCAN had already done so, which served the same purpose.

One of the groups had intended to purchase the form in appreciation of President Buhari’s restoration of peace to the North East geopolitical zone of the country having defeated the Boko Haram insurgency that had worsened security situation in the part of the country before his emergence on May 29, 2015.

The BCO’s spokesman, Keyamo, on Thursday via his twitter handle, congratulated the NCAN for beating more than 100 PMB groups rushing to Abuja in a fierce race to purchase the form.

In the reaction, Keyamo said: “Congrats to NCAN group that beat other groups to purchase d Nomination Form for PMB. Officially, there were more than 100 PMB groups rushing to Abuja in a fierce race to purchase d Form. Some rice farmers was one of such groups. As the trendsetters would say ‘na dem dey rush us!’”.
